Statement of Financial and Health Responsibility
I certify that I have read the terms in this application and by submitting an application to The Learning Institute of Texas (LIT), I expressly agree and understand these terms. I understand that I will be fully responsible for all expenses, including, but not limited to, tuition, living, and medical expenses while attending LIT. I agree to enroll in LIT for a minimum of one academic semester (two sessions). In the event that I am approved to begin classes at LIT but choose to transfer to another school prior to initial enrollment, I agree to pay a $250 administrative fee. I also agree to accept full responsibility for my actions while participating in the Program and any related activities, including, but not limited to, excursions and field trips, and to assume responsibilities for any injuries that may occur from my participation. In the event of illness and/or injury while physically present at the school or on school-related events, I grant LIT the permission to seek medical care on my behalf from any appropriate medical center for examination and/or treatment and/or referral to outside physicians.

I-20 Processing Fee: $ 50.00US

Non F1 Enrollment Fee: $50.00 (Non F1 Students Only)
